At Peter Pauper Press, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return any item in its original condition within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team via email or phone to request a Return Authorization (RA) number and confirm your eligibility.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all journals, books, or stationery are protected from damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Clearly write the RA number on the outside of your package and ship it back to our distribution center using a trackable shipping method.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
